Please note that ePaper device is always in sleep mode and not perform Cloud Sync automatically (out of schedule), so it needs to manually wake up the device if you want to sync a new playlist immediately.
Please determine your ePaper status then follow below steps:
1. If your device is on, turn off your ePaper device, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
2. If your device is off, turn it on.
Then the playlist will download and start playing within 1 – 3 minutes.
