Wi-Fi connection unsuccessful issue

1. Try another new router and SSID away from your organization.

2. Try phone hotspot.

3. Contact Cloud Poster support team with a screenshot of the log message on ePaper Tool App or a video of your operation process.


Note1: Some organizations have security policy and some protection on Wi-Fi.

Note 2: For internet issue, please check internet setting table for reference.
