When should I unregister an ePoster device?

An ePoster device is visible only to members of its registered organization. To transfer it to another organization, you must first unregister it from the original one. If not, the ePaper Tool will display an error message indicating the device is already registered and cannot be added to the new organization.


Below are the steps to unregister an ePoster device.


  • Step 1: Login to the ePaper Tool by your Cloud Poster account.
  • Step 2: Tap Device in ePaper Tool and select the device S/N.
  • Step 3: Tap Unregister of the selected device.
